Rinse your board
Towel dry your board
Air dry your board by standing it upright on its edge

◈ NEVER put your board in the dishwasher

◈ Food grade mineral oil ONLY, beeswax, or a blend of beeswax and mineral oil: Howard Cutting Board oil or Chapham’s Beeswax Salad Bowl Finish
*Any mineral oil will do as long as it is FOOD GRADE

◈ A new board should be oiled every week for the first few weeks
◈ A seasoned board should be oiled once a month or when it looks “thirsty”
◈ Sprinkle a few drops of water and it should bead up
